Kayako has two main areas:

- Help Center - you're here! Learn more about the Help Center here

- Agent area - this is accessible at yourdomain.kayako.com/agent.  If you have administrator permissions, you'll also see a setting tab which will bring you to the administrator area. This is where you can configure your Kayako (such as adding a Twitter account, updating views and creating automations!).

You can delete this demo article at any time by logging in as an agent, and clicking the Delete button at the top.

    Well yesterday after like two weeks I actually got my knife I paid for I was sketchy about the website because I put all my information in right after checking myself after them telling me I put the wrong info in but I guess they just wanted me to go back to website to buy more stuff. Which I should’ve did in the first place BUT  I got my stuff from ordering it on January 5th to January 20th so it took a while but I did get my stuff for sure!

    DONT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!!!! SCAM. I WON A FLASHLIGHT AND WAS TOLD I COULD GET A FREE CASE FOR IT. THEY CHARGED ME FOR A MEMBERSHIP OF $39.95 WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!!!! I IMMEDIATELY EMAILED THEM TO CANCEL MY ENTIRE ORDER!!!! THEY RESPONDED WITH MY ORDER WAS CANCELED. I DONT EVEN TRUST THAT THEY CANCELED MY ORDER. I WILL BE WATCHING CLOSELY. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!
