Welcome to the Help Center, the go-to place for support for your customers. Your customers can browse and search self-service content here. This is an article, which can be organized into categories, which are further organized into sections.

If your customers can't find an answer here, they can start a new conversation from here. They can also sign in to view their entire conversation with you, as well as update their profile and comment on Help Center articles.

Kayako has two main areas:

- Help Center - you're here! Learn more about the Help Center here

- Agent area - this is accessible at yourdomain.kayako.com/agent.  If you have administrator permissions, you'll also see a setting tab which will bring you to the administrator area. This is where you can configure your Kayako (such as adding a Twitter account, updating views and creating automations!).

You can delete this demo article at any time by logging in as an agent, and clicking the Delete button at the top.

    This is a scamming trick. Its says "free $50 offer. NOT FREE AND TRICKS YOU TO SPEND $50!!!. Scam,Scam,Scam!!!

    I want a refund of the flashlight an the membership. I didn't want to join anything period.

    I won offer thru Wal-Mart and the exact same thing occurred...SCAM

    I won a flash light through homedepot reward. It said only shipping and handling of $4.95 will be needed but later I found it charged $9.95 for shipping and separately charged $39.95 for the flash light.
    I filled out a complain on the 5th December and got an instant reply that they will address it soon but there was no reply yet.

    I WON a flashlight through one of my sites which gave me options for prizes. I then just checked out the case and got charged for it. I plan on telling my bank to stop that and any other transaction that comes from them other than the one that I authorize.

    Ripped me off also, I didn’t apply for a membership either. They trick you then charge you for something you didn’t order!
