Kayako has two main areas:

- Agent area - this is accessible at yourdomain.kayako.com/agent.  If you have administrator permissions, you'll also see a setting tab which will bring you to the administrator area. This is where you can configure your Kayako (such as adding a Twitter account, updating views and creating automations!).

You can delete this demo article at any time by logging in as an agent, and clicking the Delete button at the top.

    I really hope that you're not charging my card $39.95 plus the $4 shipping and handling that would really have said because I didn't authorize $39.95 I just authorized the $4 for the shipping and handling please take the charges off my card I don't want to have to report fraud

    Disputing  a fraudulent  charge of 39.95 to my Walmart credit card. Did not authorize  the charge. Contacting Walmart.

    I've not been able to reach anyone on any of the phone numbers listed on your website, no responses on your chat line, there is no customer support. The 'Cancel Account" function does not work. You're just taking peoples money fraudulently. I am reporting this company to all business authorities. As per my prior comment I have blocked any payment requests from your company on my credit card accounts. You wont get anymore of my money.

    I have blocked Freegear.com from my credit account and report your company to BBB and other authorities. I have not been able to cancel nor reach a live agent to do so. Your advertisement is fraudulent.

    Your company charged my card for$80.00 for the flashlight I ordered. It was supposed to be free & just pay $14.95 for shipping and handling. Why did you take my money like that ? I trusted your company. I want & desperately need the remaining money after the shipping and handling cost !! ( $14.95 )

    I was not informed about the $39.95 changes. I paid for the charging cord and then I was offered another cord for $7.95 so I went ahead and ordered it. Just then they offered a free lighting charging port so I went head and accepted.

    then come to see they charged me $39.95

     for the lighting charging port.

    thats bull
