Kayako has two main areas:

- Agent area - this is accessible at yourdomain.kayako.com/agent. If you have administrator permissions, you'll also see a setting tab which will bring you to the administrator area. This is where you can configure your Kayako (such as adding a Twitter account, updating views and creating automations!).

Fourthly, why did you disclose this information in the advertisement pages before you or even the total amount the one has to pay before you collected the payment information. The whole stuff looks like ungenine. The financial commitment surpose to make open before one agreed to pay or not to pay. I need the answer please before I agree to to accept my membership.

Beware of the offer for a “free” charging cable for only a $4.95 shipping fee. Once you provide your credit card info, they slip a $39.95 “membership” fee onto your bill!! Contact your bank immediately and tell them you are the victim of a fraud and to not pay the $39.95 charge when it comes in. There should be some way to notify the authorities as well.
