Kayako has two main areas:

- Help Center - you're here! Learn more about the Help Center here

- Agent area - this is accessible at yourdomain.kayako.com/agent.  If you have administrator permissions, you'll also see a setting tab which will bring you to the administrator area. This is where you can configure your Kayako (such as adding a Twitter account, updating views and creating automations!).

You can delete this demo article at any time by logging in as an agent, and clicking the Delete button at the top.

    I want my order cancelled. It has the wrong shipping address and I was not told that I would be charged more than 1 time. Order # 988714917466.  I will be calling my bank to make sure there is no charges.

    Your company hides the fact that it was a recurring payment. Just look at all the complaints. I am livid that this happened.  I am going to post negative remarks all over social media about your company if you do not refund my payments.

    This support center is useless. 

    I need to cancel an order. I wanted the free charger, agree to the 4.99 shipping and was asked if I wanted to add a free data transfer dock and was charged another 14.95


    Im now seeing here people saying they are being charged monthly?? 


    I have tried calling and your customer support number tells me it's not business hours but it is. 


    I would like to speak to a live person.
