Kayako has two main areas:

- Help Center - you're here! Learn more about the Help Center here

- Agent area - this is accessible at yourdomain.kayako.com/agent.  If you have administrator permissions, you'll also see a setting tab which will bring you to the administrator area. This is where you can configure your Kayako (such as adding a Twitter account, updating views and creating automations!).

You can delete this demo article at any time by logging in as an agent, and clicking the Delete button at the top.

    I sent an email concerning my order rejecting for an invalid CVV when the real problem was th month of the expiration date was wrong...I have corrected the date and verified the CVV is correct. Now all I need is some one to release the lock ao I can finishing the order please!

    There is not a single positive comment on here. I know you basturds won't respond but here is an idea. Give us an address to where you are at. I don't mean a mailing address but where you a sitting right now. Sure would love to pay you a visit, look you in the eye and ask you how you can do this to people. Might ask you a few more questions while I'm at it.

    Same as the rest! You say there is a $4.95 s&h fee but ended up being $9,95. Then charge an additional $39.95 "free" membership fee. You and I both know that was a bull shit sneaky deal. I sent a complaint via the online form. Let's see if you have an ounce of credibility.

    I ordered the lightening fast cell phone cable for a shipping charge of $4.95 but on my bank statement you charge an additional $39.95. Please cancel my order or I will notify my bank to put a stop payment on this order. Don’t be like this, why do you use sneaky tactics to get more money from me. I did not order anything else so give me my money back. I sent you a message on Messenger called your  number twice with no response. I’m calling my bank, at least with them I’ll talk with a live person. You people are crooks!!
