Welcome to the Help Center, the go-to place for support for your customers. Your customers can browse and search self-service content here. This is an article, which can be organized into categories, which are further organized into sections.

If your customers can't find an answer here, they can start a new conversation from here. They can also sign in to view their entire conversation with you, as well as update their profile and comment on Help Center articles.

Kayako has two main areas:

- Help Center - you're here! Learn more about the Help Center here

- Agent area - this is accessible at yourdomain.kayako.com/agent.  If you have administrator permissions, you'll also see a setting tab which will bring you to the administrator area. This is where you can configure your Kayako (such as adding a Twitter account, updating views and creating automations!).

You can delete this demo article at any time by logging in as an agent, and clicking the Delete button at the top.

    I was not informed of a $39.95 charge. Then I have to go into the email to find out that it’s a membership fee to a club that I don’t want to be a part of! Cancel my membership, refund my money, and put me on your do not call list

    Why is it necessary to completely fake people out by not disclosing the Truth in a not asked for purchase of a membership never even disclosed or offered on a false page about wanting to give us a Free holster for our new paid for not Free flashlight. So freaking LOW and no wonder NO ONE can trust Scammers on the Internet. You could BE BETTER than this and be HONEST!

    What a f—king scam operation. A “free” flashlight for $10 ostensibly SH and a $39.95 jack on charge for a “membership” I never ordered.

    this is a SCAM a ripoff you should be ashamed of yourselves but I know you’re not.....

    Cancel everything of mine, I’m writing within 35 minutes of the transaction so it better damn well disappear immediately!

    SCAM - RIP OFF -  ? Criminal? We’ll see!
