Kayako has two main areas:

- Agent area - this is accessible at yourdomain.kayako.com/agent. If you have administrator permissions, you'll also see a setting tab which will bring you to the administrator area. This is where you can configure your Kayako (such as adding a Twitter account, updating views and creating automations!).
You can delete this demo article at any time by logging in as an agent, and clicking the Delete button at the top.

I don't know what this is my free gear. Kayako. Com and I certainly don't want to join anyting so there is no way in heck am I paying any kind of membership fee whatsoever! Something said sign up for your free item just pay shipping and handling or something of the sort no membership fee or no fee charge for an item I don't play those games so please take me off of your account if this is going to be the case I owe nobody and we'll pay nobody! To all the pages I was directed to, NOWHERE did is say anything about a membership fee. This is bad business, this is dishonestly, this is on top of everything else everyone else has said, this is theft. You were not authorized, nor did I and the looks of it no one else gave this company consent to take a membership fee. I will be reporting this “business” to the BBB IMMEDIATELY, and you will be shut down. This is bullshit at its finest! You CANNOT promote items for a shipping and handling fee, and surprise them AFTER they open their accounts they have been taken for almost $50.00 in some cases. Learn how to do business!

After reading other comments I hope that is not the way you treat new customers cause it is bad business to start off treating your customers deceitful you have no right to take money that you have not been given authorization to you offer a product for just shipping and handling then you charge them for a membership that you didn’t declare was part of the transaction till after you charge them for a membership that is plain Robbery that is not a way to conduct business just close my account and cancel my order and put my money back on my card you don’t have authority to Mach that charge then no one answer the phone or customer chat you sent me a email and said I was invited to join gear club no you joined me without my consent that is not a invite that is cheesy business no matter how you try and cover it up give me my money back asap
